Adrien Lanusse is Vice President of Global Consumer Insights at Netflix, leading user-experience research. During his time at Netflix, the company has transformed from a domestic DVD-rental firm to a global streaming-entertainment company. He focuses on bringing a deep understanding of the consumer to decision-making that improves the Netflix experience for customers worldwide. Before joining Netflix in 2010, Adrien was head of Intercultural Insights at Cheskin Added Value, a WPP consultancy where he focused on developing multicultural business strategies for Fortune 500 firms.
He received his MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley in 2000. He currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City.
